# How to claim Fountain Penalty Fees?

For existing Fountain depositors, you are eligible to get a share of the penalty fees paid by users who withdrew their deposits early. Here is user tutorial for claiming the Penalty Fee Rewards:

Step 1: Go to Veno Fountain. There will be a pop up section for collecting Penalty Fee Rewards. Click “Collect” to proceed.

Step 2: Review the VNO amount to collect. Please be reminded that this reward will automatically be locked into a 96 month vault. To initiate the locking transaction, click “Confirm”.

Step 3: Check the transaction details on your wallet and click confirm to authorize the transaction. The pop up modal will notify you when the transaction is completed.
